You can pay for your order free of charge in the online head shop with Twint, Postfinance Card, E-Finance, credit and debit card, cash, cryptocurrencies, invoice* or by prepayment/bank transfer .

Information on payment options
Purchase on account (POWERPAY)
Order conveniently on account via PostFinance. Select the PostFinance payment method in the checkout and then click on "Purchase on account". After ordering, you will receive the invoice from POWERPAY by email. If necessary, it is also possible to pay the invoice in installments.
Twint (pay now or later)
Pay directly at checkout with Twint. If necessary, you can use Twint's "Pay later" function. This means you can also order on account via Twint if you don't want to pay immediately.
PostFinance Card and PostFinance Pay
Pay directly at checkout with all common PostFinance payment methods.
Bank transfer/advance payment
Simply order with advance payment. Select the payment method "Advance payment" in the checkout. Transfer the amount owed to one of the bank details below and note your order number. If we do not receive payment within 7 days of the order date, we are forced to cancel the order.

QR code/red payment slip (prepayment)
You can simply pay for your order using the QR code/red payment slip. We will ship the order on the same day we receive your payment. On request, we can also physically send you the QR code/payment slip.
QR code/orange payment slip (invoice)
When you purchase on account, you will receive a QR code for payment. You will receive the invoice at the email address you have registered with POWERPAY.
Debit credit cards
Pay directly in the checkout with credit and debit cards via PostFinance. In the checkout, select the PostFinance payment method and then click on "Credit/debit card".
Cash payments in store (prepayment)
You can pay with cash in the branch. In the center of Reiden, next to our head shop, you will find several banks with ATMs. You can also pay for outstanding orders directly in the branch.
Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin Suisse)
Pay directly in the checkout with cryptocurrencies via PostFinance. In the checkout, select the PostFinance payment method and then click on "Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin Suisse)".

Delivery and shipping costs
Free express shipping in Switzerland and Lichtenstein
The order will be with you within 24 hours on working days and Saturdays. We ship all orders received by 5:00 p.m. on the same working day as A Mail or as a priority package. If you order after 17:00, the order will be shipped the next day, so you will receive the order within 36-48 hours.*
We ship with Post AG. All orders are sent inconspicuously and discreetly in a neutral package (no imprint etc.) so that nobody knows that you have ordered from a hemp shop.
*We cannot ship any orders on public holidays, so delivery will take 1-2 days longer.
To confirm that we have received your order, you will receive an email after your order. When we have sent the goods, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a shipping number that you can follow on www.post.ch.
No international shipping possible
We only ship goods in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not deliver goods abroad.
minimum order value
The minimum order value in our online shop is CHF 20.00. If you want to shop for less than CHF 20.00, you pay a surcharge of CHF 3.95 incl. VAT per order. If you collect your order from our branch, you do not pay a minimum order value surcharge.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a courier service as it has not worked as desired in the past. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on a solution to deliver same day delivery again in the future!

Green is the color of our company, but online orders and store purchases cause high CO2 emissions. For us, sustainability is important for nature. For this reason, we want to improve the environment with every order. For every order as well as for every store purchase we plant a tree in cooperation with Baumkrone.
