Terms & Conditions – World Cup Contest 2026

1. Organizer

The organizer of the World Cup Prediction Contest 2026 is:

Stayhigh GmbH
Switzerland

2. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons:

• residing in Switzerland

• aged 18 years or older

By participating, each participant confirms that all provided information is truthful and complete.

Employees of Stayhigh GmbH and their relatives may be excluded from participation.

 

3. Participation in the Contest

Participation takes place via the official Stayhigh Swiss entry form.

Only one valid entry per person and per contest phase is permitted. Multiple entries, false information, or attempts to manipulate the contest may result in disqualification.

Participation deadlines will be communicated on the official campaign page.

 

4. Contest Procedure

During the group stage, participants predict the winners of all 12 groups of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

After the group stage, additional predictions for the knockout stage may be submitted.

Results are evaluated based on the official tournament outcomes.

 

5. Prizes & Vouchers

The following prizes can be won during the group stage:

• At least 2 correct answers
  CHF 10.– voucher

• At least 6 correct answers
  CHF 20.– voucher

• At least 8 correct answers
  CHF 30.– voucher

• All answers correct
  Entry into the draw for the grand prize worth CHF 1000.– voucher

All other participants with fully correct answers will additionally receive a CHF 100.– voucher.

Vouchers are redeemable exclusively at Stayhigh Swiss. Cash payment or payout in any other form is excluded.

The vouchers apply as a discount on the total order value.

A minimum order value of CHF 20.00 applies.
Orders below CHF 20.00 are possible; however, a minimum order surcharge of CHF 3.95 will be charged.

 

6. Donation Campaign

For every valid participation, Stayhigh GmbH donates CHF 1.00 to Tierasyl Waldheim.

Invalid or abusive entries will not be considered.

 

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be reassigned.

 

8. Advertising & Data Usage

By participating, participants agree that the data they provide may be used by Stayhigh GmbH for its own advertising and marketing purposes.

Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the execution of the contest.

 

9. Privacy Policy & Terms

The general terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy of Stayhigh GmbH also apply:

By participating, participants expressly accept these conditions.

 

10. Exclusion from the Contest

Stayhigh GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest at any time in cases of suspected manipulation, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.

 

11. Changes & Early Termination

Stayhigh GmbH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and to modify, interrupt, or prematurely terminate the contest without prior notice if important reasons make this necessary.

 

12. No Legal Obligation

The entire contest is voluntary and without any legal obligation on the part of Stayhigh GmbH.

Stayhigh GmbH does not guarantee the execution, availability, or awarding of prizes and reserves the right to make changes or completely discontinue the contest at any time.

Legal recourse is excluded.

 

13. Disclaimer of Liability

Stayhigh GmbH accepts no liability for technical issues, transmission errors, or system failures that may affect participation in the contest.

 

14. No Affiliation with FIFA

This contest is not affiliated with FIFA or any official organizers of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them.
