This RAW  Cone  Creator is the perfect tool for turning bags on the go! Simply roll a filter (or buy the finished ones) and insert it into the opening at the bottom tip. Then you wrap your RAW paper around the  Cone  Creator. Align the bottom of the paper with the base of the filter. Roll it up tightly and lick and tape off the sticky edge.
