Christmas and New Year 2025 Shipping Times for CBD and Headshop Products

The holidays are just around the corner – and with them, some important information about our shipping and delivery times around Christmas and New Year's. To ensure you know exactly when your order will arrive in time , we've summarized everything clearly for you here.

📦 Our normal shipping times

Normally, the following applies to Stayhigh Swiss:

👉 Orders received by 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day or Saturday.

⚠️ This is contingent upon the shipping provider (postal service) operating as planned. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the postal service.

🎁 Delivery in time for Christmas

If you would like your order to arrive by December 24, 2025 , we recommend:

• Orders must be placed by 23.12.2025, 17:00 at the latest.

Orders received after 5:00 PM on December 23, 2025 will not be delivered until after Christmas .

🚚 Last shipment before Christmas

• December 24, 2025: All orders received by 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day.

No shipping will take place after 11:00 AM.

🚪 Closed days (no shipping)

The store will be closed on the following days – no orders will be shipped :

• December 24, 2025 (after 11:00 AM)

• December 25, 2025

• December 26, 2025

• December 31, 2025

• January 1, 2026

• January 2, 2026

📬 Shipping between Christmas & New Year

• Orders received over the Christmas holidays will be shipped again from December 29th, 2025.

• These shipments will arrive before the new year.

📅 Last shipping day in 2025

👉 Tuesday, December 30, 2025 is the last shipping day of the year 👉 Orders placed by 5:00 PM will still be shipped on this day and delivered to most cantons

From Monday, January 5, 2026, everything at Stayhigh Swiss will be back to normal:

• ⚠️ The 31.12.2025 deadline is regulated at the cantonal level , but in most cantons the postal service delivers mail on [date/time].
