Shipping and opening hours over Christmas and New Year at Stayhigh Swiss Head and CBD Shop

The holiday season is just around the corner and we want to make sure you receive your orders on time. Here are our opening hours and shipping times for the holidays and New Year:

shipping times before Christmas

• Orders placed by 12/20/2024, 5:00 p.m. will be delivered in time for Christmas (assuming the post office delivers on time).

• On December 23, 2024 : We ship orders as usual (no Saturday delivery).

• On December 24, 2024 : Orders received by 11:00 am will be shipped the same day (no Saturday delivery).

Closed on Christmas holidays

• December 25, 2024 and December 26, 2024 : No shipping or customer support and the store will remain closed.

  
  

Between the holidays

• December 27, 2024 : Shipping is as usual and our store is open.

• December 28, 2024 : The store is open, but there is no shipping (Saturday).

company holidays over the New Year

• From December 29, 2024 to January 5, 2025 : We are on company vacation. During this time:

  • No shipping.

  • The store remains closed.

  • Customer support is not available.

Back in the New Year

• From January 6th, 2025 : We are back for you! Shipping will take place immediately and our store will open as usual.

Please note that we cannot take into account delays or errors on the part of the postal service, so please order early to ensure your packages arrive on time.
