It's been quite a while since Stayhigh Swiss had a real presence on Instagram. Many of you may remember the time when our channel was full of exciting content, promotions, new products, and community posts. But then came a major disruption: Our main account was suddenly suspended – without warning and without a clear explanation.

The fight for our old account

We tried everything: writing emails, filing objections, filling out forms, and even contacting a lawyer. Unfortunately, our old Instagram account remained permanently suspended. For a time, we still had access to a second account , but with one major limitation: we could only log in using an old mobile phone . Operating this channel securely and reliably was simply no longer possible in the long run.
